HomeRange.ie ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why. This is a template for the MVP and should be reviewed by a legal professional before launch.

What we collect

• Property details you enter to generate an estimate (location, property type, bedrooms, etc.).
• Email address — only if you choose to provide it to receive a copy of your estimate.
• Usage data such as anonymous analytics and standard server logs.

What we do not do

We do not require a phone number, and we do not sell your details or pass you to estate agents as sales leads.

How we use your data

To generate and improve valuation estimates, to deliver your paid report and email a copy, and to keep the service secure.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed. Paid reports remain accessible online for a limited period after purchase (your PDF is also emailed to you to keep), after which the record is automatically deleted. Valuations that are started but never purchased are deleted sooner. Contact messages are retained while we deal with your query.

Cookies & advertising

We only set analytics or advertising cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. Essential cookies are always used. See our cookie policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
