Terms & valuation disclaimer
Last updated July 2026
This is an automated estimate based on available data and user-provided details. It is not a professional valuation, bank valuation, surveyor report, or estate-agent appraisal.
1. Nature of the estimate
HomeRange.ie provides automated home value estimates based on publicly available Property Price Register data and details you provide. An estimate is a data-informed guide only. It is not a professional valuation, bank valuation, surveyor report, or estate-agent appraisal, and must not be relied upon for mortgage, legal, tax, or sale decisions.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
Property markets are complex and data may be incomplete or out of date. We make no warranty that any estimate reflects the true market value of a property. Always seek professional advice before making financial decisions.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to scrape it at scale, or use estimates for unlawful purposes.
4. Paid reports
Premium reports provide additional detail and analysis but remain estimates subject to the same disclaimer. The price is shown clearly before purchase, and payment is processed securely by Stripe. The report is digital content delivered to you immediately on-screen (and as a downloadable PDF) once payment is confirmed.
5. Immediate delivery & right to cancel
Because the report is digital content supplied immediately, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you therefore lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, once the report has been delivered. We may, at our discretion, refund a purchase where a genuine technical fault prevented delivery of a usable report.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeRange.ie is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on an estimate or report.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
